This is an artwork collection for all those late summer-lovers, garden-addicts, flower-admirers and nature-seekers.
I’m a nature-seeker, flower-admirer and late summer-lover myself, keeping many pictures of flowers and nature, and always loving to take more of them. However, I also love when the light turns golden, when the air smells earthy and dry, or wet, after a fall of rain. The cool shades of the forest, green leaves everywhere, sunbeams here and there.
So nature itself inspired this collection. The seasons as they unfold in the fields and forests of my home.
The paintings also only show wildflowers, as they are often overlooked, tiny and fragile as they are. They can’t be compared to the immenseness of many gardenflowers. Having their own beauty, they belong to late summer in the field and forest and while the attentive wanderer might notice them, the busy wanderer will probably not.
